Do I have to setup an account?
No. You can create and use feeds without having to setup an account. However, you won't be able to edit your feeds and you won't have access to additional features that account holders have (even the free ones). A comparison of the features can be seen on the pricing page.
Especially note that if you don't add your feed to an account and stop using the feed it will expire in 7 days.
Is it really free?
Yes, the basic service is free. However, those who upgrade to a paid plan will gain access to additional features.
What do I get with paid accounts?
You get to add more feeds to your accounts, they get updated more quickly, and you have access to more tools to tweak and manage your feed. A more detailed comparison can be seen on the pricing page.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. We cannot invoice you or accept payment by check or phone.
